More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally included in this new document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various parts of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

More materials disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
